1. By analyzing your site’s current ACFI situation, in conjunction with current resources available, our consultant is able to determine the increase in funding available through the ACFI.
2. This information is then provided to the site in the form of our W&L ACFI Site Analysis & Recommendations Report, which outlines which residents can be reappraised immediately for increased funding, by determining site specific strategies, and an action plan for the next 12-months.
3. Our consultant will then, while on site, deliver an education session “W&L ACFI Education”, a session for all levels of staff involved in providing therapy, performing assessments, documenting pain and behaviour charts and providing treatment records for aged care residents.

AND ALL OF THIS IS DONE FOR FREE!!! – For Wellness & Lifestyles to perform the 3 services above, there is no up-front fee. Only after the W&L Site Analysis & Recommendations Report is completed and you’ve received it will there be an initial cost but only if your happy with it!– if you believe that after we’ve completed the analysis, and performed the training and it’s not financially viable for your facility, then you can choose not to accept the report and there is no cost!

THEN WHAT HAPPENS?

1. If you are happy with the report, then you enter into an agreement with W&L to assist your facility to resubmit residents and increase your available funding that you are entitled to. The cost for this service is 10% of the increased funding we help you make. This is invoiced after the claim is submitted, and you’ve received your increased funding… if you don’t get paid, we don’t either!
2. Following this, a consultant can then perform optional Quality Management Visits to follow up on the W&L ACFI Site Analysis & Recommendations Report, to discuss the action plan, to ensure maximal substantiation at validation, and provide advice on any new residents that may have entered the facility.
